Drop-Off		Evaluate		Fix		Pick-Up
I do make house calls, but based on my limited availability I prefer to work out of my home office. This saves me time and you money. Here's a drop-off checklist.		There is a flat fee of $40.00 to evaluate and in many instances fix your computer on the spot. If more work is needed, I will quote a fixed price or hourly rate.		Fixing computers and solving technical problems is my job. I have the training and experience needed to make your computer run like it's supposed to.		When your computer is fixed, I will notify you via email or by phone that it is ready to go. An invoice and details of my work will be included.

Availability

I'm only available on Thursdays and Fridays. If it's an emergency, I can be available on Saturdays as well, but my service fee goes up to $80/hr.
