About Me
My name is Mike DORN and I am a certified computer professional. I bring more than 17 years of corporate networking & personal computer support experience to the home and small business user.
My first computer was a TI99 in 1980 (with a whopping 3MHz CPU clock speed). I've owned every generation of Intel CPU since the 8086, and am a current participant of the Intel R & D Chip Loaner Program. I have over 5 years of corporate networking experience and 12 years of computer support experience with both Novell and Microsoft server products.
I'm a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional and a Comptia A+ Certified Computer Technician.
In a nutshell, I like to consider myself just another guy trying to figure out why I keep getting those blue screens whenever I try to get any real work done on my PC.
