My name is Michael Dorn and I bring more than 12 years of corporate networking and personal computer support experience to the home and small business user. I am an independent contractor supporting the greater Portland Area and beyond. I challenge anyone to find a more affordable service!

Pricing

I charge a flat fee of $40.00 to evaluate and in many instances fix your computer on the spot. If more work is needed, please refer to my price list. If your problem is unique and doesn't fit under anyone of my canned descriptions, I can draft up a fixed price quote. I rarely charge at all if you are not satisfied with my services. Also, you pay nothing for my advice and/or recommendations.

Availability

Since this is not my full-time job, unfortunately I'm only available on Thursdays and Fridays . If it's an emergency, I can be available on Saturdays as well, but my service fee goes up to $80/hr.

Pickup and Delivery

I do make house/business calls, but based on my limited availability I prefer to work on your PC at my home office---this saves me time and you money. However, if you are within 10 miles of me and you just don't want to bother with delivery and pickup, I will gladly pick-up and deliver your computer for an additional flat $20.00 fee. Note: This fee does NOT apply to office visits and/or jobs that require on-site work such as networking.

Loaner PC Available

More and more professionals are working from home these days, and every minute without a working Internet connection is money. I help ease this dilemma by providing a fully functional loaner PC for those clients who cannot afford to be down for extended periods of time while I work on your PC.
